01 / Frame
Frame it first.
A positioning framework and message hierarchy sit on the drafting table before any campaign architecture is drawn. Structure first, story next.
We draw brand strategy and campaign architecture for Malaysian founders and scale-ups who want a plan on the table before a single channel goes live.

01 / Frame
A positioning framework and message hierarchy sit on the drafting table before any campaign architecture is drawn. Structure first, story next.
02 / Build
The brand system, story arc and editorial calendar are specified so Malaysian brands can speak in Bahasa-and-English market conditions without splitting in two.
03 / Ship
A launch plan and channel mix give ASEAN campaigns a sequence. The KL Sentral studio keeps the engagement track visible from first mark to last.
B-04 · Craft approach
Kuala Lumpur marketing studio practice begins with paper, not with volume. We sit with founders in the Klang Valley and mark what the organisation stands for, who the work is for, and which story arc can carry a year of integrated communications. Audience segmentation is a drawing exercise: lines, labels, exclusions. Creative direction follows the spec ledger, not the other way round. Malaysian scale-ups often arrive with a product that already works and a voice that has not yet been drawn. That is the gap this studio is built for. MYT working hours keep the cadence local; the craft is transferable across ASEAN campaigns when the brand system is honest.
Campaign architecture is the plan of rooms — paid, owned, partnered — and the doors between them. Channel mix is the load-bearing choice. We write it down. We do not dress it as theatre.
Engagement tracks
Each engagement track has a named purpose. Choose a sprint when the positioning framework is missing; choose a retainer when the brand system needs a monthly working cadence.
E-01 · Sprint
Positioning, story arc and message hierarchy framed in a defined window for Malaysian founders.
E-02 · Project
Brief, framework, channel mix and creative direction for a single launch or seasonal window.
E-03 · Partnership
Go-to-market narrative and sequence for a product or service moment in the Klang Valley or wider ASEAN.
E-04 · Retainer
Ongoing campaign stewardship and a monthly working cadence from the city-centre studio.
E-05 · Advisory
Visual and verbal direction across owned channels, held to the brand narrative.
E-06 · Diagnostic
A one-off review of who the work is for and what to say to them.
Case notes · method only
Note / Malaysian SaaS scale-up
The organisation had a working product and a split voice. We rebuilt the positioning framework, tightened the message hierarchy, and set a channel mix that could hold Bahasa-and-English market copy without two separate brands. Outcome: a clearer brand narrative across owned channels.
Note / ASEAN consumer-goods brand
A seasonal launch needed campaign architecture before media went in. We wrote the story arc, the launch plan, and creative direction for a four-week window. Outcome: a consistent narrative across the channel mix.

Mini brief
At the KL Sentral studio we start with discovery: category, audience segmentation, and the current brand narrative. Then we draft a positioning framework. Campaign architecture and channel mix follow once the story holds.
The city-centre studio is in KL Sentral. We work with Malaysian brands across the Klang Valley and with ASEAN campaigns when the brief needs a regional market reading. Hours are MYT working hours.
Start the brief. Send the organisation name, the decision on the table, and the window you are planning for. We reply within one business day.
Next mark
If the brand is still noise, we will help you build the brand before the noise. Structure first, story next — then a channel mix that can carry it.
The studio supplies brand strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction and channel planning as professional communications work. Clearer positioning and a coherent campaign plan are the intended craft. Lead volumes, sales figures, rankings, follower growth and advertising performance sit outside what any studio can honestly promise. Marketing choices stay with the client. This is a professional services engagement — not an investment product, and not financial advice.
